This refurbishment for the 3rd floor at Greater London House for Wunderman, part of the Y&R Group, was completed in nine weeks.
The brief included for the construction of a number of meeting rooms, bar area and the refurbishment of the WC/shower facilities. We also replaced the raised floor to create a bespoke metal finish to the floor for the complete 14,500 sq ft demise during client occupation.
